Job Overview:
 
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and achieve growth targets.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
1. Business Development
  • Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand the client base.
  • Conduct cold outreach and build a strong pipeline.
2. Sales Strategy
  • Create and implement sales plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Negotiate solutions, pricing, and business terms with clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
3. Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across the automotive industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Pipeline Management
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client information and track opportunity progress.
5. Collaboration and Reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and legal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful contract negotiations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and insights to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in software or digital services sales with a focus on new business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to position technical products effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full working proficiency in English.

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Established network of industry contacts.
  • Proficiency in German and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
